Hello Friends,
One of my favorite mantras is "Everyday is a new day to try again"
Now..there is a thought!!!
Every day is a gift. You can choose to embrace full heartedly or not.
Question for you: How are you doing loving your life today? In this very day? This very Moment?
The answer you give will depend on where your focus is.
What if...it is simply
Day 1
and what if it is ALWAYS DAY ONE?
hmmm...
In the long agos...When I was in "type class", I had the following routine..I somehow remember to this day...I would slip a crisp new piece of paper into the electric typewriter, hand scroll the paper in and then turn on the typewriter. The familiar buzzing sound somehow was fun for me to hear...
and then I would begin to slowly type....
This
day
is
the
first
day
of
the
rest
of
my
life.
And then, if I was lucky, the teacher wouldn't be quite ready when the bell rang and I would find myself typing it over and over and over again. Challenging myself to be accurate as I increase my speed. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Today is the first day of the rest of my life.
Kind of fun right!?!

TODAY.
Just one crisp piece of paper.
Not a whole novel.
Green-light challenge for today: Simply breathe in and out thinking to yourself (instead of typing
).
). "Day 1. Today is the first day of the rest of my life".... and then perhaps consider adding...
"Today I will walk hand and hand with the Lord."

SAY it
FEEL it
Become it!
And then...go enjoy the day!
